A few tips for successful shopping at the Computer Fairs

1. Don't be in too much of a hurry to buy. Satisfy yourself that its what you want, then examine the goods thoroughly B4 handing over your money. This is mentioned because people tend quite often to feel under pressure to buy in case somebody else grabs it B4 they do. Take your time.

2. Once having made up your mind and handed over your money, don't simply rush off. Wait for the receipt. Make sure the receipt has the details of the dealer and phone number and any other details like warranty info etc. In a busy situation it is quite possible that these important details are left out as the dealer wants to get to his next sale. Remember you have every right to get a receipt no matter how small the purchase. Any problems come and see us.

3. If you did not get a receipt or dealer's details ring us on 0425 211 965 with his location in the hall and we will dig up his details for you.

4. Last but not least, please choose carefully, dealers would not have to refund if you made an incorrect choice or changed your mind; and do not wait till the next fair to fix up any problems you have with the goods. Install the goods after purchasing and ring the dealer immediatley if a problem occurs. So the quicker the action is taken, the better the resolution that is obtained
