A few tips for successful shopping at the Computer Fairs
1. Don't be in too much of a hurry to buy. Satisfy yourself that its what you want, then examine the goods thoroughly before handing over your money. This is mentioned because people tend quite often to feel under pressure to buy in case somebody else grabs it before they do. Take your time.
2. Once having made up your mind and handed over your money, don't simply rush off. Wait for the receipt. Make sure the receipt has the details of the dealer and phone number and any other details like warranty info etc. In a busy situation it is quite possible that these important details are left out as the dealer wants to get to his next sale. Remember you have every right to get a receipt no matter how small the purchase. Any problems come and see us.
3. If you did not get a receipt or dealer's details ring us on 0425 205 770 or email us with his location in the hall and we will dig up his details for you.
4. Last but not least: choose carefully. Dealers have no obligation to refund your purchase if you made an incorrect choice or change your mind. Upon finding fault in the purchased product ring the dealer immediatley. The quicker action is taken by you, the better the resolution you will obtain.
